Physical activity has always been a great part of my life. As a kid I used to train swimming and volleyball. However, during my teens I decided to broaden my knowledge in the healthy lifestyle and bodybuilding aspects. That was the moment when I went to the gym for the first time, such as started my long and beautiful yourney with the „body care”. Then I thought - that is the way I want to follow and applied for the diet studies and became a personal trainer. My main priority during a training session is always: safety, results and friendly atomsphere among all of my pupils.
