Lukasz Bort – Personal Trainer
I started my sports journey very early on, in the primary school. I quickly excelled at basketball, hand ball and running mid-distances. While in high school, my repertoire of interests expanded over martial arts and combat sports. I fell in love with karate, kick-boxing and boxing due to its competitive nature, discipline and structure.
While graduating from high school, along with my twin brother, a friend of ours introduced me to the local gym and fitness club. After both of us signed up for the gym, I’ve never looked back and that’s when I discovered my calling to become a fitness expert.
Since then, I’m a professional personal trainer for over 10 years. I’ve had a chance to complete a list of industry-recognized courses, that allowed me to validate my knowledge about fitness. These courses are:
- NSCA CSCS(National strength and Conditioning Association Certified strength and Conditioning Specialist)
- TPI level 1 and 2
- FMS (Functional Movement Screen)
- Bodybuilding instructor
- Various training methods (crossfit, functional training, split training, functional training for golf, tennis & martial arts)
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients with varying fitness goals, fitness levels and ages. Seeing my clients reach their goals is the single most satisfying feeling that fuels me to do my job as best as I can.
Kamil Kowalski – Personal Trainer
Sport is my passion since I was very little! Ever since I have any recollection of memories from childhood, I’ve always been involved in sports. It started with football and taekwondo. As a next step, I started competitively training swimming and weightlifting.
While in high school, I started training powerlifting, which I believe molded me for years to come. Powerlifting gave me a competitive edge and relentlessness in pursuing my goals.
I spent the last few years studying and expanding my knowledge of the fitness industry, not only when it comes to training aspects but also diet, that’s healthy for the body and the mind.
I have acquired a professional bodybuilding instructor certification.
As one of the few fitness instructors in Poland, I’m certified in FMS (Functional Movement Systems). I truly believe that functional training is an optimal for your body, regardless of age and fitness level.
Kamil Brzezinski – Personal Trainer
Sport have been a crucial part of my life since early childhood. My favorite sport, as one can guess, was football. I’ve played it representing my schools in the local tournaments.
After high school, I’ve decided to expand my passion for football and started training weightlifting.
Gradually, I fell in love with weight training to the point where it became my main sports activity.
While training, I concentrate on keeping a proper form, motivation and safety of the trainees.
I completed several specialized courses and boot camps including following: sports instructor specialized in bodybuilding, professional supplementation specialist.
Thanks to my passion and continuous education, my clients get excellent results, which makes me very happy :)
Michal Miszczak – Personal Trainer
I started showing interest in sports while in primary school. At first, I showed most interest in track and field in my local school club. In my next chapter, I started training martial arts till I finished high school.
My well-rounded training experience paid off and prepared me for starting college at AWF with a major in Physical Education, which I graduated with a master’s degree.
While in college, I acquired instructor’s certificates in boxing and swimming. I also completed courses for personal training and functional training bootcamp.
I always try to evolve with my training knowledge and learn new techniques that help my clients get even better results. I’m currently learning massaging techniques.
Kamil Kazimierczak – Personal Trainer
Sport has played a major role in my life ever since I was a little child. My journey started with taking up swimming. Next, it was martial arts. I first started training when I was 8 years old. When I turned 16 years old, I signed up for the gym as I wanted to get stronger, get a better physique and test my limits.
I started seeing results and strength training, bodybuilding and diet became my passion.
I’ve been training for 11 years while continuously expanding on my current knowledge. I teach what I learn.
As a personal trainer, I put a lot of emphasis on fully engaging my clients in the workouts and fitness lifestyle. Extreme focus combined with my passion for teaching gets them excellent results. :-)
Od kiedy sięgam pamięcią, aktywność fizyczna była mi bardzo bliska. Jako ośmioletni chłopiec rozpocząłem swoją przygodę z karate. W tym sporcie spędziłem 2 lata, jednak czułem, że chciałbym spróbować czegoś innego. Wtedy właśnie rodzice zaprowadzili mnie na pierwszy trening piłki nożnej, która niespodziewanie spodobała mi się tak bardzo, że została moim towarzyszem na kolejnych 7 lat. Pod koniec szkoły średniej, wraz ze znajomymi zaczęliśmy uczęszczać na siłownie. Jak się okazało, był to strzał w dziesiątkę. Studia na Warszawskiem AWF-ie, i tam właśnie skończona specjalizacja instruktorska z kulturystyki utwierdziły mnie tylko w przekonaniu, że jest to sport, w którym chcę pozostać. Od kilku lat, zajmuję się sportami siłowo – sylwetkowymi. Bardzo lubię pomagać ludziom w osiąganiu wyznaczonych celów a holistyczne podejście do sportu jest tym co stawiam na pierwszym miejscu.
Sport uprawiam od najmłodszych lat. Wszytsko zaczęło się od piłki nożnej, biegania oraz karate. W liceum zacząłem swoją przygodę z siłownią. Aktualnie trenuje już ponad 7lat. Stało się to moją pasją. Poprzez szkolenia oraz lata praktyki zdobyłem niezbędna wiedzę na temat poprawnego wykonywania ćwiczeń oraz zmiany sylwetki.
