I love training at Elite Zone, I have been training here for a year and after the first month I increased the number of personal trainings to 3 per week, why? Because I am happy with the individual, tailored approach to the client's needs and potential.
The trainer pays attention to my well-being and health - if the training plan includes exercises that are not "ergonomic" for me, they are immediately exchanged for alternative ones. The trainer has knowledge about the function of the human body, processes / mechanisms occurring in it, as well as knowledge in the field of physiotherapy, which gives me a sense of security.
The hour it takes to complete my workout session, always seem to pass by very quickly. Training plans are changed based on regular assessment of body parameters and adjusted as I progress. There is no monotony in training.
My prior personal approach of reading online materials and listening to other gym-goers, has never contributed to the improvement to my physique as going to Elite Zone. My figure has been significantly changed, muscle tissue has increased whilst my body fat has decreased, my body has become firmer and my endurance and conditioning have achieved a high level.
An additional advantage is the improvement of my immune system, and my lower back stopped hurting during work in my home office :)
Elite Zone is a sports club for those who enjoy a hard workout whilst also wanting to meet great people - because it is fundamentally the people who are responsible for the atmosphere (owners, coaches and other club members).
The club is perfectly organized - 3 exercise rooms and a separate cardio room make training really comfortable (intimate, without crowds around). Meetings with other club members take place at the coffee machine - for me this is a huge plus!
Where do I see myself in 5 years? Still at the Elite Zone, because this place is positively addicting :)
I have never used a trainer for my strength and conditioning preparation before. Thanks to Łukasz Bort, I saw that the S&C is an important element component to improve endurance for a Triathlon. More importantly, not only did I feel stronger, but also avoided many injuries. Moat of all, it improved my motor skills like strength and power, which improved my times and results.
I highly recommend consulting with Łukasz. He is a trainer with a huge knowledge, based on the latest research and many years of experience, working with various sports disciplines. Furthermore, he is a great man for whom professionalism and an individual approach to the athletes are the basis for cooperation.
Training with Kamil is first and formost good vibes, but at the same time consistency and motivation to work and act. Kamil definitely knows how to listen and pays great attention to the needs at every stage of our cooperation. I can honestly say that I am addicted to Elite Zone and post-workout endorphins. Effects? Thanks to the trainings, I strengthened my body and jumped to a higher level in terms of both strength and endurance. I have gained a lot of knowledge on how to properly perform these exercises. And I got rid of all pain and back problems. As a side effect I lost centimeters and kilograms and achieved a naturally sculpted beautiful body :) What more could you want!
I recommend Elite Zone! Trainings with Łukasz helped me prepare for golf tournaments. Thanks to well suited to me exercises, we increased body control and golf swing. Strength and conditioning training allowed me to secure and increase my range of motion. Strength training allowed for further and more accurate strokes. My driver's head speed was 108 mph at the beginning of the preparation and after six months it is 115 mph. I look forward to further cooperation
After the accident, the exercise became much more difficult. Physically and mentally.
You have to be very careful not to overstress, you must not do heavy loads, a much smaller range of motion, etc.
In addition, typical rehabilitation is very boring - the same simple exercises are repeated over and over again ...
So it's hard to make yourself exercise regularly.
Unfortunately, without it, there is no effective rehabilitation...
