Since an early age I've been passionate about physical activity and sports in general. My journey started in primary school, when I signed up for judo classes, which I continued for 5 years.
My next big passion after judo was football. I fell in love with it and played in a local league for 7 years.
That's when I stumbled upon strength training and progressively started investing more time into it, until it became my main passion. Since high school, I've been expanding my knowledge about strength and conditioning training as well as physiology of the human body. As a trainer, I always try to keep an open mind and learn from various sources to make sure I keep up to date on the latest research. This also allows me to be more well-rounded as a trainer and for my clients to reap the benefits during their workouts. Seeing my client's success is the ultimate reward for me.
