I started my sports journey very early on, in primary school. I quickly excelled at basketball, hand ball and running mid-distances. While in high school, my repertoire of interests expanded over martial arts and combat sports. I fell in love with karate, kick-boxing and boxing due to its competitive nature, discipline and structure.
While graduating from high school, along with my twin brother, a friend of ours introduced me to the local gym and fitness club. After both of us signed up for the gym, I’ve never looked back and that’s when I discovered my calling to become a fitness expert.
Since then, I’m a professional personal trainer for over 10 years. I’ve had the chance to complete a list of industry-recognized courses, that allowed me to validate my knowledge about fitness. These courses are:
- NSCA CSCS(National strength and Conditioning Association Certified strength and Conditioning Specialist)
- TPI level 1 and 2
- FMS (Functional Movement Screen)
- Bodybuilding instructor
- Various training methods (crossfit, functional training, split training, functional training for golf, tennis & martial arts)
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients with varying fitness goals, fitness levels and ages. Seeing my clients reach their goals is the single most satisfying feeling that fuels me to do my job as best as I can.
