About me

Since I started to walk, I have been very physically active. I have practiced football, basketball, swimming, acrobatics and many other sports. Unfortunately, there was always an injury accompanying me, smaller or bigger. It made me feel very bad when I was forced to give up my favorite activities.

This is one of the reasons why I decided to become a physiotherapist and a personal trainer at the same time, so that my clients could enjoy the results they achieve in a safe and effective way. I specialize in functional training that is based on movement patterns used in everyday life. I care about the correct technique so these patterns become permanent. Thanks to this approach to training, you can achieve your dream figure and at the same time be very motorically fit and not be surprised by sudden movement challenges of everyday life.
